We have begun laying cold mix asphalt on a number of gravel roads throughout Raymond this week. Over the past few years, the Town of Raymond and the County of Warner established an agreement under the Inter-municipal Collaborative Framework (ICF). This process identified a number of areas to help the Town address its needs. One part of this agreement was that the County would commit to $250,000 in-kind work to cold mix asphalt a number of gravel roads in town. This work has begun on several roads this year as highlighted on these images. We hope to address the remaining gravel roads after this agree ment expires in 2025.
