Commercial & Industrial Lot Availability:

The Town of Raymond is actively seeking bids from interested parties to bring a new commercial or mixed-use development to a commercially zoned parcel of land located at 21W 200N that is ~0.55acres [~59.56m x ~37.65m] at the corner of Highway 52 and Broadway Street in Raymond. The minimum bid price for the lot will be $130,000. All interested parties must have their final bid packages submitted to the town in person by 11:00 am on December 1, 2025. Council will review and select the bid package that they determine provides the most value to the community. Consideration will be given to what service will be provided, total value of new assessment, employment opportunities, aesthetic design of the proposed development etc.
