All proposals will be scored against a matrix to ensure that whichever proposal is accepted will provide the residents and the Town with the best overall return on investment.
The purchaser will be required to begin building on the lot within 180 from the date of purchase and must be completed within 18 months of purchase. All necessary permits from the Municipal Planning Commission must be obtained before construction begins and before the structure is occupied.
