About Us:
Ridge Regional Public Safety Services Commission (RRPSSC), provides Peace Officer services to member communities (County of Warner, Milk River, Warner, Raymond, and Stirling), along with traffic enforcement and education, serving a geographical area of over 4500 sq kilometers with a population base of over 12,000 citizens. Each year, the Commission board approves a business plan that guides service delivery in member communities. You can view the plan here: RRPSSC 2022 Business Plan.
Community Peace Officers investigate and resolve complaints regarding Municipal and County Bylaw matters, Animal complaints and provide traffic enforcement coverage while ensuring public education, awareness, and safety.
FOIP Requests:
The RRPSSC operates under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP).
If you would like to make a FOIP request, you may complete the access to information form below and mail it to the Town of Raymond Office. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
If you are making a request for general information, there is an initial fee of $25.
If your request is large or time consuming other fees may apply.

Lost Animals
All lost/stray animals picked up by RRPSSC peace officers will now be housed in Raymond until claimed by their respective owners.
If you are on Facebook and have lost your animal or have found a lost animal, you can post on the Town’s Lost Pets page.
Dog Tags
Annual dog tags are available for pet owners at the Town office.

Emergency Management
The Town of Raymond is committed to working with other community organizations in providing for the care and security of our residents in times of emergency or disaster. As such, the Department of Emergency Management has been created and works in concert with the local RCMP detachment, Community Peace Officer, Raymond Volunteer Ambulance and Fire, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Raymond Fire Department
The Raymond Fire Department oversees fire services for Raymond and part of the County of Warner. The Joint Fire Services Committee, comprised of 3 elected officials from the Town of Raymond and 3 elected officials from the County of Warner, works with the fire department to manage the service. We currently have 20, incredibly well-trained volunteers who selflessly serve our community and provide the very highest quality response to our community. The Fire Hall has 10 bays, administrative offices, and training facilities. The volunteer members of the department are listed below as well as the department’s contact information.
