Due to the high volume of public submissions received leading up to 12:00 p.m. today, the Council agenda package may not be posted until Saturday, November 8, 2025.

Please note:
- The Public Hearings will take place at 6pm on Monday, November 10th, 2025, in Council Chambers (210N 200W) and will be live-streamed on the Town of Raymond’s YouTube page.
- Only those who have registered to speak will be able to attend the public hearing in person.
- Any submissions received today that were time-stamped 12:01pm or later will not be included in the package, as they were received after the advertised deadline.
- As outlined in the Procedural Bylaw, those speaking in favour of a matter will present first, followed by those opposed.
- Individuals who have registered to speak will be provided assigned seating and will be called to present in the order their request was received.
- Given the large number of participants, speakers should be prepared for a lengthy meeting and may need to remain in attendance for several hours before their turn to speak.
