The Town of Raymond Council gave the first reading to Bylaw 1081-19, Emergency Management Bylaw on July 16th, 2019.

The Emergency Management Bylaw will be brought back to Council on August 6th, 2019 at 6:00pm for the second and possibly third readings.

The Emergency Management Bylaw is being updated in order to reflect the updated legislative framework that is set by the Government of Alberta. The Emergency Management Bylaw assists local authorities in responding to disasters and helps to ensure the safety of those living in Raymond.
