On Tuesday, March 17, 2020, the Province of Alberta declared a “State of Emergency” and announced new measures that are intended to help slow the spread of COVID-19. As such, the Town has made some new changes to our operations that are intended to support the province and help protect our residents from contracting this virus.
Please, still remember to #SkiptheTrip and continue to support our incredible local businesses. Many are now offering home delivery if you cannot or choose not to go to them. Some will come to you! It just goes to show that they are an incredible part of our community.
During this time of uncertainty, please remember to practice proper handwashing and social distancing practices and use good judgment.
