The Raymond Public Library’s, Programming on Demand initiative, has been recognized by this year’s Minister’s Awards for Municipal and Public Library Excellence for libraries serving populations under 10,000 people. Council would like to congratulate the efforts of the Raymond Library Board and their amazing staff on this tremendous accomplishment. Our library is an important part of our community and is a hidden gem within the province.
