The Town of Raymond is offering 6 fully-serviced residential lots for sale—right in the heart of our growing community. Each lot will come with:
- A brand-new paved road out front,
- A shiny new sidewalk (perfect for skipping or strolling),
- A back fence already installed (because who likes digging post holes?), and
- All municipal services are ready to go.
🌳 A Quick Note About Trees:
We love our trees—and we’d like to keep as many of them as possible. Before possession, the Town will remove any trees that a certified arborist determines are unsafe, unhealthy, or directly in the way of where a home would reasonably be built. Otherwise, we hope the remaining trees will add beauty and character to your lot.
🛠️ Timing of Development:
While we’re as excited as you are to see new homes take shape, please note that lots won’t be available for development until June 1, 2026. So don’t plan on swinging a hammer (or hiring someone who will) until then.
🧠 A Few Rules of the Game:
- Only single-family dwellings can be built. So if you’re dreaming of a castle, make sure it’s just for you and your royal family.
- You’ve got 12 months from June 1, 2026, to pull a development permit, and another 12 months from the date your development permit is approved to get a foundation in the ground.
- If you miss the deadline, we’ll refund your money… minus a 10% deposit.
- Why? Because that 10% helps us fund future great ideas, and makes sure that you’re serious!
- No land speculators allowed!
🏁 How to Bid:
- Want a specific lot? Pick your favourite, place your bid, and cross your fingers.
- Don’t care which one you get, as long as it’s yours? Submit an open bid—if your offer is the highest on any of the lots, you win!
Remember: the highest qualified bid wins. (And yes, ties will be broken with a game of rock-paper-scissors. Just kidding—we’ll call you and give you a chance to submit another bid.)
