Are you moving to Raymond or within the community? Set up your utilities account to ensure your services are ready and your billing information is up to date.

To set up your account, fill out the Utility Change of Address Form and return a copy to the Town Office.

Utility Automatic Payment Plan
Residents can have their utility bill payments automatically withdrawn from their bank account on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be withdrawn on the next business day. To sign up, complete the Automatic Debit Withdrawal Form and return it to the Town Office. To cancel automatic payments, contact the Town Office at 403-752-3322.

  This third-party comparison tool allows residents to compare electricity and natural gas providers, plans, and rates based on their postal code. It provides information to help you review available options and choose the plan that best fits your needs.

Ridge Utilities is a community-owned provider serving Southern Alberta. Its goal is to offer competitive rates while reinvesting profits back into the communities it serves. When residents choose Ridge Utilities, those profits help support local and regional initiatives instead of leaving the area.
