Event Staff - Victoria Sports Park (Casual/On-Call)

The Town of Raymond is looking for enthusiastic Event Staff to support Victoria Sports Park (VSP) on an as-needed,
on-call basis. This position provides staff coverage and support to community members, teams, and visiting groups
using the VSP field and facilities, helping to keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
This is a great opportunity for a mature high school student (age 16+) looking to gain customer service and
community-facing work experience. Shifts will vary based on facility bookings, tournaments, and community events,
and may include evenings and weekends.

● Conduct regular washroom checks and cleaning throughout shifts
● Clean up locker rooms and shared community spaces
● Ensure attendees are complying with respectful attendance and facility use guidelines
● Monitor the bleacher area to ensure people are not going underneath
● Act as an on-site presence and point of contact for community and visiting user groups
● Pick up litter and trash throughout the facility
● Other duties as assigned

Required:
● Minimum age 16 (high school students welcome to apply)
● Mature and responsible, with good independent judgment
● Class 5 Driver's License
● Open availability, including evenings and weekends
● Ability to work in all weather conditions
● Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred:
● Previous customer service or community facility experience
● First Aid certification
● Experience working with the public or community groups
