2026 Scott Barton Municipal Excellence Award Winners

Council is pleased to announce this year’s scholarship recipients: Dora Jin, Emily Jin, Harden Nelson, and Summer Powlesland.

Council was impressed by the strength of all four applications and decided to award scholarships to all four recipients rather than the usual three. This decision recognizes the achievements, community service, and civic interest demonstrated by each applicant.

Thank you to all applicants for their contributions to our community. Congratulations to this year’s recipients, and best wishes for a successful first year of study.
