During the May 5, 2020 Council meeting, Council passed 1st reading of Bylaw 1090-20, which is our Regional Assessment Review Board Bylaw. The agreement the Town will be entering into is also listed here. All property owners who file assessment complaints with the Regional Assessment Review Board will have their hearings in accordance with the terms laid out in this bylaw and provincial legislation.
