Each year, Council reviews our Southern Alberta Municipal Service Rate Survey to help them decide if our rates are enough to cover our expenses and how we rank with other communities. This report compares how much taxes and utilities you would pay each year if you lived someplace else. It also assumes that your property is worth $250,000 and that you used an average amount of water. Since 2007, Council has strived to have Raymond’s cost of living to be close to the average for the group.
