Economic Development is crucial to maintaining a growing community and we are fortunate to have a small, but strong commercial district and look to promote growth in this sector where it makes sense.  Our local businesses provide wonderful services for our residents and what is good for their well-being will be good for our community.  So do what you can to support our local businesses.

Planning and Development is another key element of a sustainable community and we strive to ensure that Raymond is developed in an orderly and well thought out manner. Smart development and planning now, saves later problems and through the assistance of the Oldman River Regional Services Commission we look to promote and deliver effective and concise development opportunities.
